Engineering Council

Goal: To ensure Vanderbilt University School of Engineering (VUSE) students are receiving the best education possible by:

1. Serving as advocates of the VUSE and voicing the concerns of students to administrators, faculty, and staff
2. Serving as intermediaries between students and faculty/administrators, promoting effective communication throughout the VUSE organization
3. Planning and promoting events for the VUSE, encouraging  student involvement in activities of the Engineering School, Engineering Council, and other related organizations
4. Encouraging effective student organizations including professional societies, and coordinating their activities with those of the Engineering Council for the benefit of the VUSE community.
