SCN Outreach Request Form

Mission
The Student Care Network fosters wellbeing and success by identifying concerns and coordinating support for students facing life events that may interfere with their academic and personal goals using a proactive, collaborative, and student-centered approach. The Student Care Network strives to empower students to take an active role in their wellbeing and to promote a culture of care within the Vanderbilt community.

Our goal is for students to have the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

Presentations/Trainings

We are glad to accept requests submitted by student organizations, staff, and faculty for presentations on the Student Care Network, services provided by Student Care Coordination, Center for Student Wellbeing, University Counseling Center, and responding to students in distress. For a description of available trainings, please visit our Events/Trainings webpage.

Due to COVID-19, the SCN will follow the CDC’s physical distancing guidelines. For meetings that cannot take place in person, we will work to provide virtual programming and services.

To request services, please complete the form below. Please Note: The Student Care Network requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice to consider requests.  All requests will be screened by a staff member within 2-3 business days of the initial request.
